FINANCIAL SPECIALIST (PART TIME)
Avondale Presbyterian has an opportunity for a part-time Financial Specialist. Responsibilities include all bookkeeping for the Church, financial statements, the preparation and maintenance of financial records, preparation of monthly/annual state tax returns and quarterly/annual Federal tax returns, preparation of employee payroll (4 full-time, 5 part-time staff members), and other related activities.
Position requires thorough knowledge of bookkeeping and financial records as acquired by at least 5 years of related experience. Must have very good computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to learn financial software package. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills required.Schedule consists of 15-20hours per week on a flexible schedule.
