A Few Tips for Downloading/Viewing/Printing:

Start with a healthy computer: Run diagnostic programs to clean up your hard drive.
(In Windows, select START, PROGRAMS, ACCESSORIES, SYSTEM TOOLS, DISK CLEANUP/DISK DEFRAGMENTER.) See your Windows user manual for more information on these features.

Delete your temporary Internet Files (In Internet Explorer: From your browser menu at the top of the screen select: TOOLS, INTERNET OPTIONS, DELETE FILES) This feature is also included in the Disk Cleanup tool above.

Close all open programs except the Internet connection.

Some printers will offer the option of printing odd pages/even pages. If your printer includes this option, Print odd then turn those pages over and print even...this will save paper. Some printers refer to this feature as duplexing and is found in the printer PROPERTIES or ADVANCED settings.

Most color printers have the option of printing in black ink only and Draft Print. Look for these features in your printer's PROPERTIES or ADVANCED settings if you wish to conserve ink.

The Presbytery produces three different packets for each Presbytery Meeting. Below is a description of each packet, its delivery date and its contents:
1-The Presbytery Packet (PBY) is available at least 8 days before each Presbytery Meeting and contains the Docket, Council and COM/CPM Reports, Biography & Faith Statements from Candidates and Inquirers, and other items that will be addressed at Presbytery meeting. It may also include publicity materials if it is a case of date sensitivity or if the item will be presented in Committee Announcements at the Presbytery Meeting.

2-The Supplemental Packet (SUP) is available online on the day before each Presbytery meeting and contains items pertinent to Presbytery Meeting that did not make the first packet. Because of the time sensitivity of this packet, printed copies are always available at the Presbytery Meeting.

3-The Program Packet (PGM), is available 8 days after Presbytery meetings and contains programming information such as event flyers, brochures, newsletters and other publicity type items. This third packet also contains highlights of the Presbytery Meeting that just took place. Many of the flyers and other information can also be found in the Weekly Updates.
